D.C. Morrison For Congress Hits TV Airwaves

I am not sure how big the ad buy is yet for conservative Democratic Congressional candidate D.C. Morrison, but he's up on television with an ad just days before the primary.

I noticed the ad on Channel 7 news during their 5:00 newscast.

“Growing up on the farm, I have always been very good at fixing things,” says Morrison in the ad. “I am not a career politician. I have 40 years of experience working for major companies and owning my own business right here in Arkansas. I want to use that experience to fix our social safety net program, rebuild our economy, bring m

anufacturers back to the U.S., as well as good-paying jobs to working families in Arkansas.”

Morrison faces off in the Democratic primary in the Fourth District against Hot Springs attorney Q. Byrum Hurst – who is also on television – and State Sen. Gene Jeffress – who, as far as I know, is not.  Morrison was trailing in third place in a recent Talk Business poll with Hurst and Jeffress tied at the top.

If the ad buy is big enough, it could shuffle things a bit.
