I reported last week that Curtis Coleman is discussing a run for governor in 2014.
He told the Arkansas News Bureau that this decision is 18 months away. However, an e-mail obtained by The Tolbert Report sent to members of his Curtis Coleman Institute for Constitutional Policy last August said that he has “come to the understanding that we should significantly expand the activities and public visibility (and hopefully the impact) of The Institute, and that I should plan to run for Governor in 2014.”
Part of expanding their visibility apparently is putting up big billboards around the state such as the one seen below near Hot Springs Village with huge pictures of himself.
