Gov. Mike Beebe announced four judicial appointments today to replace vacancies at the district level across the state. The appointments include:
Beth Branscum Burgess, Perryville, to the 11th Division Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial District. Appointment expires December 31, 2012. She replaces Judge Melinda Gilbert who passed away in April.
Jon Comstock, Rogers, to the Second Division Circuit Court of the 19th Judicial District West. His appointment expires December 31, 2012. He replaces Judge David Clinger, whose retirement is effective June 30, 2011.
Mark Fryauf, Rogers, to the Third Division Circuit Court of the 19th Judicial District West. His appointment expires December 31, 2012. He replaces Judge Jay Finch, whose retirement is effective July 8, 2011.
G. Chadd Mason, Fayetteville, to the Fourth Division Circuit Court of the Fourth Judicial District. His appointment expires December 31, 2012. He replaces Judge Mary Ann Gunn, whose resignation is effective June 11, 2011.
