The Pulaski County Regional Recycling and Waste Reduction District offers a twice-a-year major recycling program for business, churches, non-profits and other groups interested in unloading their old electronics.
Earlier this month, a steady stream of trucks and vans brought tons of ancient computers, VCRs, keyboards, and TVs to the parking lot at North Little Rock’s Verizon Arena for a day’s worth of dumping.
