U.S. Senator Blanche Lincoln and Democratic Party challenger Lt. Gov. Bill Halter will debate on April 23rd at UALR. Also, Democratic challenger D.C. Morrison will participate.
KATV News will produce the first debate. KATV will be joined by its ABC affiliate KHBS/KHOG in Fort Smith/Fayetteville and a panelist from Politico, which is owned by KATV’s parent company, Allbritton Communications.
