Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee and his wife, Janet, have moved their voter registrations and residencies to Florida, as first reported by the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette.
There are a number of reasons cited for the address change, which Talk Business contributor Suzi Parker explores in this story for Politics Daily.
Huckabee says it’s more convenient for his business endeavors. Others assess the political and personal motivations behind the move. He could be positioning himself for another Presidential run or he could just be limiting his tax liability. Florida has no state personal income tax.
